THE COLORS OF FALL

So it is no secret that fall is one of my favorite times of the year I love how the crisp breezes turn the leaves into a painting of golds, browns and reds. And how the air smells of cinnoman every time you walk into your favorite craft store. So being inspired by all these factors I was compelled to design a few cards  using some amazing images from Gecko Galz, papers from SEI and Graphics 45, and ribbons from May arts!

Autumn Colors Card

for this card I used Gecko Galz Autumn Colors inchies sheet as well as matching papers by SEI. I layered on the papers and added a bit of clear stickles to the flower centers to add some sparkle. Next the text paper strip is from paper studio and I inked it in brown along the edges. Next I resized the inchies to 1.5" and inked their edges in brown. then I used a piece of ribbon from May arts and tied a bow around it.

Leave a Little Sparkle Card

for this card O started with a piece of Graphics 45 paper for the base then added another piece which is harringbone design and to the left of the card an image from Gecko Galz Haunted ephemera sheet combining the lady and the witch hat. Next I used a piece from Gecko Galz Chalk Board sentiments ehat says "Leave a Little Sparkle wherever you go" and sprinkled that with clear stickles for the sparkle effect. and finished with a terrific piece of may arts ribbon.

Hope you are inspired to go our and create your own bit of autumn colored creations.
Happy Crafting
