WHAT'S NEW WITH FRIPPERIES AND BUTTERFLIES

 

Welcome everyone! So this weekend I had an art day, what is an art day you ask? Well it is where you get together with friends or by yourself and let your imagination lead what you do that day...could be painting, drawing paper crafts etc. So for me I picked up a pencil and paintbrush and created two new pieces that I wanted to share with my followers. I am getting ready for next months Craft show and this is what I created.

Who or what is Fripperies and Butterflies exactly?

.Fripperies and Butterflies is the creative brand and online persona of Leanne Seed, a well-known paper crafter, mixed-media artist, and designer.

Her creative work primarily focuses on the following:

• Junk Journals & Paper Crafting: She is highly recognized in the crafting community for making highly detailed, thematic, and vintage-style junk journals and scrapbooks.
• Altered Art Designs: She creates shrines, wall hangings, canvases and so much more. All are one of a kind designs.
• Artwork: An art major she does whimsical and imaginary pieces in mixed media, graphine, watercolors and acrylics. She is inspired by nature and mystical and magical stories.

This Blog has been designed for her to be able to share and sell her works to the public and she will be adding new pieces all the time so feel free to check back with us and see what she has dreamed up.
