CREATING AT THE GECKO GALZ RETREAT

For all of you who have not been to the Gecko Galz retreat it is an amazing weekend of creativity and creating and this year was no exception. The guest teacher this year was Terri Burnette and she taught this amazing altered art wall hanging that I wanted to share with you, this is my version of the design and it was super easy though it looks very complicated.
by using foam board and Tim Holts tissue paper and mod podge this sprang to life.

I added washi tape, did multi color ink, sprayed my burlap piece with Glimmer mist and added my natural element (a twig from the retreats back garden) this was an amazingly easy project but looks like you took a long time. Thank you Terri for sharing your talents with us!
If you want to see more by this gifted artist and teacher you can check her out at

Happy Crafting!
